Shipping & Returns

Shipping: All products ship from Illinois within 2-3 business days. Each product is made to order, to ensure the highest quality and freshness; each of our products are processed completely by hand from formulation, bottling, labeling and packing. We ship all products via USPS, and they usually deliver to your door within 2-3 business days, depending on where you live. We only ship to the United States at this time. 

Issues: If you have not received your order, or the product is not what you expected, please email us so that we can make it right for you. Alevan Botanica, LLC is not held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Returns: Due to the fresh nature of our products, we are currently unable to accept any returns or offer refunds at this time. All orders are final sale. We recommend trying out our travel sizes if unsure if a product is a fit for you.
